Information and communication management
The application of information and communication portals lags compared to its possibilities. The reasons for this are diverse. On the one hand the requested information are missing and on the other hand the time pressure of today's markets does not allow a long research for information. In an effective information and communication management (ICM) information has to be provided coherently. Moreover an ICM is based on an integrated implementation in the targeted system assuming the optimization of modular contents, tools and service offers. Thereby the focus is on service, which has been neglected in the past few years.
